Purpose of this website
Updated 23 September 2026. This website is operated by Helsinki Blockchain Center Oy, Business ID 3168493-5. It introduces HBC activities, research, working groups, collaboration and technology. These terms concern the website and its free information tools. Assignments, events and paid services require separate agreements. Sending an enquiry does not create an assignment or an obligation to purchase.
AI answers and assessment tools
HBC AI provides AI-assisted answers. Citations do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or currency. Tokenization Opportunity Explorer and other assessments provide preliminary orientation, not certification, approval, a quotation or a suitability guarantee. Content is not individual legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Verify important information using original sources and a qualified professional before deciding.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully. Do not submit confidential or sensitive data, harmful content or material you have no right to use. Do not bypass limits, attempt to access other people’s data or disrupt the service. HBC may restrict misuse or interrupt the service for maintenance and security.
Content and third parties
Texts, brands, images and other material belong to HBC or their respective rights holders. Statutory rights of use remain; other publication or commercial reuse may require permission. Some illustrations are AI-generated visualisations, not documentary depictions of events or partners. External websites, videos and partner services have their own terms. A link or collaboration description does not imply employment, a guarantee or endorsement of every statement.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all information is error-free. Content and features may change. These terms do not limit mandatory statutory rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Separate agreements govern their own allocation of responsibility.
Privacy, changes and contact
